[FIX for some if not all] The server is running an incorrect version of the server side application

Ok so I dont want to get everyones hopes up but our server is fixed after having the dreaded:

"The server is running an incorrect version of the server side application"

I hope this works for everyone, but even if it works for some then that is a bonus

For starters make sure you have done everything the Welcome Email states

The Fix:

Change the Compatibility of the aram2oaserver.exe to run as administrator

Run your server as normal through your Bat File

This worked for us, there were a few things we went through to eliminate possible problems, I will post these if you need them but they are standard.

I hope this helps some if not all with this issue, I wish I could take credit for it but another Admin spent 8 hours today stripping everything down to find a fix, so kudos to him.
