Dallas 29 hacker in cherno/server whipe

Me and my friend were camping rooftops in Cherno, when suddenly my friend gets killed by this guy on the tallest rooftop. Either he logged in there or teleported up. Well I proceeded to kick his ass, and I found this on him:

I don't know if it was him or someone else, but someone whiped the server or at least partially just moments later while I was looting. He had everything basically, AS50, NVG, rangefinder, GPS, dew, filled backpack with satchels. And beans. Also the server suffers from the fast dissolving body syndrome. Perfect for a hacker I would guess, who wants to cover his tracks, just whipe everybody and your body is gone in a couple of minutes.

I'm staying clear of dallas servers.

How come he had to of glitched in / or logged in up there? Why couldn't he get up there the same way you did?

Also: all 1.7 servers currently suffer from the fast dissolving body syndrome - hence why rocket is about to release 1.7.1 to fix it!

Also, satchel charges are in the game (at least they are in the SP component).

Yes, satchel charges are in the game with a 0.11% drop rate. I've seen two during the month i've been playing DayZ.

In any case, what marks him down as a hacker is not his equipment but rather his skin.

THAT is not something you can get a hold of legally.

I did not notice that. However in SP there is the ability to play as a couple of different soldier skins (including one called "rocket" that wears a red beret) - still like you said - hacked in.

Because we were covering each others stairwells/ladders from two different rooftops.

Yes they do, perhaps you should read the change log for the new patch? If rocket acknowledges it's a problem, clearly it's a problem.

Apparently they don't. I've been able to walk to Stary Sobor to get my stuff back with no problem on 1.7 servers, but couldnt get to the tower in time from cap golova? Crap server is crap.

Sometimes as in some servers, there are other fine servers.
