Hey there!

I own the original Arma 2 game, and a friend has for quite a while talked about this mod and I wanted to try it out so I checked out the requirements. It says I need combined arms, but since I already got arma 2, is it enough if I only purchase Operation Arrowhead?

In order to play DayZ, you also need to have your F4 key surgically removed.
