1.7.2.6 more lag?!

What happened: intermitant lag spikes with no desync (nothing was downloading or updateing in back ground and no background programs running not even dayzcommander) also still seeing the drop in fps since 1.6x if i recall. and when it rains fps drops stupidly low when it never used to even at 1.7.1.x i never play on servers over 50ping and try keep on low ping servers of like 16 to 30 ping

*Timeline of events before/after error: camping.. camping.. camping.. hear gunshot, turn to look at the direction i had previously looked at 5 minutes earlier; lag to the face for like 5-10 seconds.
