Rediculous Pings

Recommended Posts

So i'm on the east coast with a semi decent connection (Servers hosted on east coast I usually average 30-50ms). I've noticed recently since the latest patch 1.7.2.6 I seem to spike A LOT in-game ping wise. I will join the game with 40ms then in-game have anywhere from 300ms-1000ms and be kicked. I've tried playing throughout different times of the day, resetting my router and so on. Times when i'm the only one on the internet and still having 1000+ ping on a local server. I've never had issues like this unless someone was downloading something on my connection but in this case (Like now with everyone asleep) I'm alone on my network. I was curious if anyone else has been having issues with ping since the latest update and/or if there are any ping fixes of sorts since even if i'm spiking to 500-600 I have no actual 'lag' in-game and everything reacts just fine (Zombies, loot, etc.)

Hope someone could shed some light on the situation and help me figure this out ;-; Hate getting kicked from servers I used to regular all the time.

Does anyone know if this is being caused my the patch or possibly beta patch? I know most would think it's just my net but just suddenly happening now since the latest update? I don't know :\ Any staff?
