Literally?

I just come on to DayZ tonight knowing I'm near Cherno with amazing gear, I log into a server and it asks me to choose my gender...

I never seem to get the chance to ever come in contact with other players or ever use my weapons before I get hacked, glitched, or some fucked up reason I can't explain!

No wonder the DayZ community is dying, and fast. I never thought I'd say this, but I am almost fed up as my group already are. I joined out Mumble server, and for the past three days they have only been playing Battlefield 3, since they gave up on DayZ, and now with the news that I bring, I really need to confirm if there was a player/character reset?

Not that I'm aware of. This happened to me about 5 times. Just start again.

If you can't be bothered then go play Battlefield until the standalone. I don't mind all that much considering this isn't the standalone and such things are always going to happen when playing alpha games.
