US 89 and US 2387 hacker AYN NYONG

I was on a roof in Cherno at around 11:40pm PST on US 89 and a hacker named AYN NYONG teleported in front of me and I killed him. Another player teleported in front of me and I disconnected. I switched to US 2387, which I was on earlier. AYN NYONG was on the player list before I even connected. I logged on and he was in a helicopter in front of the roof with another passenger, not even 5 minutes after I killed him. I disconnected again.
