US 1992 Admin abuse, banned w/ submission to CBL for blowing up buildings

I was in US 1992 with some friends, we piled all our satchels together, about 20 total and decided to go cause some havoc. I was in a camo clothing normally found at downed choppers, we spawn and blow up 3 buildings within about 20 minutes in cherno. We kill 2 snipers and 3-4 noobs running around. Saw "ADMIN" login, no big deal none of us are hacking. About 10 minutes pass, 2 of my friends get kicked for ping (server was probably lagging cause of the buildings) and one logged to try and reconnect from the lag. I was the only one in the group left running around, I kill 2 noobs in firehouse then bam, I get banned. Reason? "Nope. Submitted to CBL"

as soon as you two got banned players started dropping this guy popped up https://code.google.com/p/dayz-community-banlist/issues/detail?id=958. Normally I look for more entries but it was too much of a coincidence to let it slide. After you three were banned everything returned to normal including VOIP.

Can you tell me why you banned me for using legit weapons in your server? AFAIK nothing you posted is bannable...

An extra note to add: The player named 'ADMIN' does NOT handle our bans but does have the ability. Vortech is our main server moderator.

My ban is against the rules set by dayz staff.

To clarify you were not banned for destroying anything. Also worth mentioning these entries would have tripped an automated ban by Anti-hax if Object Flood Protection were enabled.

Can you prove that I didn't acquire them legitimately? Also how would I even start to prove? Pull out my 1 month video logs to show you? Rediculous... I was wrongly banned, you guys admited it in your log posting of me "hacking" and you also admitted you are breaking the server admin rules for the public hive.

It was not a automatic ban, it was a ban given by an admin. Also look at the timestamps, there is no flood there... You guys are breaking the rules by honoring this illegitimate ban.

Answer me, what was I banned for?

That's not bannable. You are ALLOWED to have hacked items on you. Banning someone for using hacked items can get your server blacklisted.

Or am I missing something in your post?

Talking about that? I'll admit I've never seen that before. I just did a quick search in my logs and found nothing about that. Even though I've found Satchel Charges myself (Pipebomb = Satchel Charge btw).

Its funny because some of those are where I deactivated and put them in the right spots a few seconds later.

It seems as if the admin is ignoring my requests of why I was banned, if you have any idea after reviewing his "proof" I would love to know, thanks.

Because deactivation puts them back in your inventory so you can replant them..

I had 12 on me when I joined your server with waggs...

Why was I banned?

There is no deactivation bug... Jesus you people are dense. If you set it down it logs as a pipebomb on the ground, you deactivate it and it goes into your inventory. You set it down and it logs again...

You people DO NOT need to be admins.

NOW ANSWER WHY WAS I BANNED?

You people? Vortech is the admin, I don't have access. Based on the logs that were shown, it appears to be enough for an appropriate ban.

If you don't like it, find another server. To be completely honest, you sound like those ridiculous people that file lawsuits for their own stupidity.

Next server you find, I suggest you don't troll it by using satchel charges on empty buildings again.

I had 12 on me when I joined your server with waggs...

Lastly, lying isn't going to help your case. The logs for when you spawned show that you didn't have 12 satchel charges like you claim. I'm surprised that you'd try that AFTER the spawn log was posted.
