I am dead and can not respawn

While i was on the coast I was attacted by zombies and started bleeding while bandaging myself zombies came and killed me, but when i went to respawn my i was still on the same character. Everytime i join a server now i just fall to the ground unconscious and am not able to do anything not even open up the menu.

Does anyone know how to fix this or reset my character.

if you can access you menu or are alive per say, bandage youself it will fix the bug. If you are legitly dead, well then I don't know

I am not able to access my menu I have the screen as if I was unconcious but the hourglass doesnt move.

Next time when you die you have to do "Respawn" at the death message.

Alright so i figured out the problem all you have to do if you see an hour glass that isnt going down it is, it takes a good hour though so just wait it out.
