Trying to get a server whitelisted

A clan member left me in control of a 40 slot DayZ server he recently purchased from Defcon servers. He is in the military though, and will be gone for 6 weeks. So I have the info to get logged into the server control panel. The issue he seemed to be having is the DayZ staff gave him a server number that a different server already has, US 2687. Okay, so I was going to apply for a different server number. However I can't seem to find the hardware/network specs of the Defcon server.

Anyone happen to know how to find out the specs of the server?

I believe they (Defcon) register for you. Did you submit a support ticket to them?

That location ID only belongs to Defcon.
