Bugged Huey?

So me and a few friends stumbled upon a Huey in the middle of nowhere, and decided to try to repair it.

We've managed to repair all of it, but the Hull is still Oranged. We've used 5 Scrap Metal in vain trying to repair it, but it's still Orange!

When we try to refuel it, the Fuel Meter goes back up just a tiny bit in yellow, then turns orange and then empties right away...

Is this a known bug? Or have we missed something? Everything's green but Hull.

Edit:

Now we've repaired literally everything again. All the glass is green, and the windows still haven't repaired! We can start the helicopter for a split second WHILE refueling it.

Wtf is this?

Come on, no-one? We've just spent hours trying to get this running, I even managed to find some guys with a several problem that reported this bug through the dev thingy, over a month ago.

How can such a big thing as Hueys not have been fixed yet? :/
