Dire FPS after updating to 1.7.2.6

Hiya, not sure if this has been posted before, scanned the first 3 pages but didn't find anything similar to my problem.

So I could play on .2.6 servers fine using Play WITHSIX but whenever I opened up CO it was on .2.5. I've since manually updated to .6 but now my FPS for the entire game is down to about 2-3, even the menu screens before joining a server. Anyone heard of this/have any ideas?

Try re-running ARMA2 and OA in administrator mode again. This happened to one of our guys but it was the ARMA patch that did it and not DayZ patch.

Also try updating your graphics card drivers if not, thats if you're not up to date already.

Thanks for the help, turns out my PC was just getting confused, rebooting my rig sorted it out. Thanks anyway!
