Ban Appeals on US 1154.

Making this ban appeals for my friend : [QC] Jean-Denis,

We found a helicopter in the server ( was near a camp ), we shot the guy down and then fly off with it. A friend was flying with it till he dc/ed.

When [QC] Jean-Denis tryed to fly to hide it better he got a remote script kick, so the helicopter crashed than when he tried to log back it said he was ban from the server.

He's not an hacker nor a scripter. We don't get why it banned him.

We ask to this server admin to read this and to take this story in considaration.

( [QC] mr.adam was flying this helicopter earlier why he did'nt ban him too? )

I heard the engine cut and watched the chopper go down but did not see it blow up. I started to head to the bodies and heard the chopper flying again two minutes later. I made it to my victims' corpses, and found G36s along with ammo for them. I thought, okay, maybe they found a hacked camp, and were using the hacked in weapons, which according to Rocket, is acceptable. Not 20 minutes later, your member Jean-denis was kicked for a remote exec restriction 40. He reconnected to the server right after and was immediately auto banned by Anti-Hax for Remote code execution. I see he is a new member, but associating with a hacker is just as bad as using them yourself in my opinion. Don't play on our server anymore.

We've already made a post in your clan's thread. The story of what happened tonight step by step. 2 of your members were killed in the process and found hacked weapons on them. The admin will look at the logs and see what is up. I'll let him know about it.

Can you let the admin enter in contact with us. We can explain and if needed restart to 0. We are not hacker and i am not afraid to start over if needed. We had a situation with one of our member hacking and we are trying to reach the admin to ban him.

Edit : The G36 was found. Not spawned. I already said on my post : All hacked item we're deleted after this " Situation ". Once again, we apologies.

I've already made a post on facebook, so probably some time tomorrow morning when Muppet gets online he'll take a look at the logs and see. I'm sure he'll even post them here on the forums if he does find something to confirm the ban. If your story is indeed legit, I am sure he'll unban him.

This is deffamation. You can't put a "Hacktag" on a whole clan because one member hack. We did'nt know till that ban. So I will gently ask you to remove this post from my recruitment post. it have his place here because you suspect us. But until you get Approvement, you can't polute some one post like this.

Mr.Adam d/c'ed at Server-Time 19:58:48, and Jean-Denis was kicked by Battleye at 20:16:45... Unless the heli took a hella-long time to crash...

After we finished that, i said to [QC] Ghost, [QC] Jean-Denis ( Both connected ) The helicopter is not very well hide. Since i am not a pro helicopter driver, i asked Jean-Denis. He said he was'nt that bad with the Auto-hover ( i think its that ) ON. So he took the pilot place and fly off. he crashed 3 min ( approx ) because the Auto-ban kicked him. If you do not want to unban him, i'll respect your voice.

Edit : Bon tu ne repond pas, Alors je vais marquer mon histoire ici.

A 9:00 ( Heure de cher moi ) Je suis deconnecter du jeux en laissant [QC] Ghost ainsi que [QC] Maxiwilliam seul sur une map de Lingor island. Il y ont rencontrer un quebecois (Francais), etant asser rare de trouver des compatriotes quebecois, il ont decider de le recruter. Je suis revenue vers minuit ( heure de cher moi ). J'avais recu un message de ghost me disant que Mr.adam avais trouver un helicopter. j'en ai pas fait un plat, il a peut-etre ete chanceux. Mais plutards dans la nuit il s'est montrer tres incistant au fait que PERSONNE ne devais conduire l'helicopter, encore la j'ai penser " Il l'a trouver, il veut le conduire rien de grave ". Aux alentour de 1h du matin ( Heure de cher moi ) Nous somme passer a Elektro. Nous voulions faire notre " Show off ". Rendu a cherno nous avon fait la meme chose. La vien le tir d'un de vos amis ( je crois ). One shot, les engines sont down tout est rouge nous crashon. Mr.adam etant quand meme un exelent pilote, a reussi a faire un crash " Safe " Nous avons pas exploser ( Hack ou chance ? je ne sais pas ). Je suis passer pilote, encore la tout est rouge, je descend et me prepare a voir arriver le sniper quand mr.adam dit exactement " l'helico est fonctionel, tout est vert! Montez " Rush d'adrenaline nous y allons et decolons ( Ghost et maxiwilliam sont mort en essayant de faire un saut en parachute ), Maxiwilliam avais un G36 qu'il ont trouver dans un campement. Nous allons les recuperers a coter d'elektro et decidons de rentrer au campement car il etait evidant que la chance avais ete avec nous. Suite a ses incident ( peut-etre encore 1h d'ecouler donc 2h du matin pour moi ) Mr.adam deconnecte. On fais les tentes, on transfert les equipements dedans et nous parlons sur teamspeak. Vers 3-4h du matin ( pour moi ) Je decide avec Ghost et Jean-Denis de bouger l'helicopter trop voyant a mon gout. 3-5 min apres avoir entrez dans l'helicopter Jean-Denis se fais kick pour Remote exe. Je connais tres bien Jean-Denis et il est tout sauf un hackeur. LEGIT! Qui c'etais connecter avec nous durant se temps, Moi et Ghost, on a commencer a se poser des questions. Plus on posait de question plus que les reponses accusait Mr.adam. Jusqu'a date nous avions pas trop regarder les menues details car l'exitation d'un helicopter avais un peux endormis nos sense ( si je peux dire sa comme sa ). Donc voila l'histoire.

Next time, make sure your story is straight the first time. I have conferred with the DayZ team and found there is a bug that supports this scenario. Please be careful who you run with.

So today. I woke up early and ran across the map looking for your chopper. I found it. I also found a van which I blew up and left where you had the chopper. Took your chopper. We later flew across a camp that had the white offroad truck. We landed and I was killed by an unknown person. We thought it was someone in the APB clan, we weren't sure though. Either way, I died and my partner escaped with the chopper. We flew over that area again after re-gearing myself and were shot at my an AS50. We flew to our landing spot and decided to travel on foot to where we saw the truck. We were about 800 meters from the truck camp and the chopper we just landed flew OVER us and began landing near the truck. We shot it down. QC Simon died. We spotted another player fueling the truck up, and he started driving off. We moved and cut him off, and killed QC Jean-denis. Five minutes later, QC Simon was global banned by Anti-Hax for a remote script execution violation. What is going on? We have flown the same chopper and have not been banned thus far.

Jimmythreelegs can fly a helicopter. But my member can't? What the fuck is going on with the anti-Hax?

Edit : We can use helicopter on every other server so far, on yours 2 ban so far from Using ( pilot ) a helicopter.
