Hacked Item? Dallas 23

So I had to restart and ended up shooting a guy I saw running near Chernogorsk. When I looted his body he had an AS50. I know this is on the loot table but if it was hacked in instead of found, could i get banned for picking it up? He also had a backpack with a silenced MP5 and filled with mags. It seemed unlikely that someone with gear like that would stand in the open on the piers of Cherno.

AS50? Interesting... If it's on the list, then no. The loot cheat sheet is not official but most guns with an icon next to them are legitimate. But keep this post up in case a developer wants you to rid of it.
