Recommended Posts

Hi. i can't get the server i'm admin on to show time of the day on the server when filtering on Dayz Commander.

It does not show under Day/Night. I want it to show, So players will join since it's day time.

Use an in-game watch.

That's not my aim for my question.

What i'm aiming at is, to get server time to show so players can see that it's not night so they might be thinking of joining that server.

You need to edit your server_lpgs.cfg file and write such info in the header. If you have ftp access to your server you can do it yourself, some hosts allow a web based file management.

DayZ Commander uses the timezone in the server name - like ours:

US 265 (v1.7.2.6/Beta 96584) [VETERAN][GMT-4] dayzmod.com - hosted by www.DayZ.st | DayZ.st

It calculates the time based on the [GMT-4] tag. Try putting that in your server name.
