This good for Multiplayer?

Im new.

Wondering if my laptop is good enough for dayZ multiplayer, ( I will play it at the lowest settings ).

Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU P7450 @ 2.13GHz 2.13GHz.

Ram: 4.00 ( 2.96 GB usable ).

System type: 32-bit operating system.

Graphics card: GT geoforce 230M ( Notebook ).

Free hard drive space: 76.9GB ( out of: 453GB).

I can play arma 2 with great fpson very low setting's ( But I dont mind )

Please tell me if this is good enough to play dayZ multiplayer with good fps on the lowest settings.
