Players Frozen in Place

Frozen in place, i have found players standing or crouching in various buildings/hides on the map seemingly frozen in place. Is this a log out error or a glitch leaving them variable to looting and when they log back is their stuff missing?

I have seen this as well, it seems that they died in an awkward position :)

Could be that they are logging in.

That is a thought, so if they where shot they would be dead on arrival. That has happened to me before I just assumed it was a hack killing.

I've seen this many times, sometimes when they die they just stay upright, You can loot them easily enough! But it makes me nervy when approaching them. Plus wait long enough and people will give away their positions.
