INickeragua 121 Posted September 8, 2012 Well I have an entire camp with a ton of guns, just about 2 of every gun in the game. 4 as50, 3 m107, night vision, rangefinders, just about everything except a mk. 48, and a walkie. what do you have in mind? We have had them for ages but never seem to need them. They just sit around and collect dust. They're the rarest item in the entire game.Take a trip to each hospital, go from Cherno to Elektro, all the way down to Berezino. You will find at least one. My friends and I usually hop in the helicopter and go all over the map to gear up. Usually a player will run in, grab what's in the the box then run out because anywhere that drops medical gear is super high risk. I have been to the point where I was freezing and coughing, but after warming up there was no problem. Never had the need for the antibiotics so they just take up space in my truck.
