Soldier Skin

In the createvehicle.log I'm seeing some players with the Soldier1_DZ skin. I read somewhere, the skin isnt legit. Is it bannable?

Its is not legit. But, Rocket & Battleye both stated they will not ban for it. So at that point play by your own rules. Since they don't care about soldier clothing or hacked weapons we let people use them on our server.

P.S. Proof is on Battleye mission statement on the website. Rocket has made a couple post about it but I'm not gonna search for it.

Well they won't be playing in my server. Hacked camo=hacked weapons.

I found 3 soldier clothes packs in a hackers tent. I sported it for a while and really didn't see much advantage to it, If anything it was more obvious than standard camo. I don't think banning players for having hacker weapons or cloths is a good thing, alot of new players don't know the ins and outs of dayz and end up stumbling into hacked weapons that they assume are legitimate.

I think the solutions is detecting these scripts before hackers can ever enter the game.
