Cant get arma 2 to update

i cant get arma 2 to update dayz comander says i have 96584 but when i open up arma 2 it self it says i have 95948? If i go in to the multiplayer in arma 2 the servers say i am out of date and i cant get all the servers to load for me on dayz comander. any help how do i fix this?
