US 1560 - Couldn't kill bandit

Good day,

It happened around 10:25pm (GMT -5) on server "DayZ - US 1560"

I was looking for the body of the person I though I just killed. I couldn't find it, then a guy spawned in the bush, I empty a clip of AKS in him... Nothing. He just told me 3 times on the Mic that he won't shoot me.

Then I received a bullet through the head.

I don't understand how you don't kill someone with many bullets in the head and body.
