Time Not Server-Side?

So me and a friend are playing on the same server, and the time doesn't seem to be synced for shit in DayZ 1.7.0(ArmA 2 93666).

He's right next to me and this is what it looks like;

That's quite a difference, don't you think? And I've even upped my Brightness and Contrast a bit. What's going on?
