I killed some guy in Electro. He had really good stuff on him; he had an ak74-Kobra, plenty of ammo, cooked meat, extra revolver ammo for me, etc. He called to his cronies that some bandit just killed him, so I went for cover and scouted the area for 20 seconds. His friends were not nearby. I turned back to the corpse and it was already gone. I'm sure that it couldn't have been somebody else that hid his body because they would want to take all his loot, it would take too long, and if they were to hide it, I would've seen the person running away because he was on the street with no nearby buildings to hide in.

TL;DR: Corpses disappear too soon.
