Wall/Player clipping and Screen Vibrations

I don't have a video or any pictures. Basically what happens is me or a friend clipped through each other while moving, or clipped through a door/wall by accident. When this happens, we lose a large amount of blood (400-1000+) instantly and go unconscious. As soon as we get back up, the screen is vibrating.

Two of my friends ran through each other and lost 400 blood each, and both went unconscious. When they got up, one of them said his screen was shaking and vibrating while my other friend was fine. Apparently, 3rd person point of view fixes the shaking.

When I got this glitch, I had somehow clipped through a door. I lost 2000 blood and went unconscious. As soon as I got up, my screen was shaking. 3rd person point of view does in fact fix the shaking.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Take painkillers / morphine (depending on severity).
