Other places to buy Arma:CO

Recommended Posts

Are there other places to buy ARMA:CO? Other than STEAM, cause I wanted to have the "setup.exe", I wanted to copy it and place it on my other computers. Thats all I need to know. So is there?

You can check the Bohemia Interactive store. It'll give you the choice between buying a steam version or just a normal digital version (which doesn't use steam).

If the problem is bandwidth, you could download it on steam, have steam on all your other computers, and then transfer the steam Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA files. It shouldn't cause any problem with battle-eye since you'll be using the same account. (pm me if you are interested about transfering your files, I can help a bit)

So the only account that has the arma:co is the steam account I bought the game with, how can I transfer it to my other computers? Cause some of my friends would play the game, but I cannot log in the same account on the same computer.

If you only purchase one CD key your friends will not be able to play off the same install. You will each need your own copy/cd key.

Standard amoungst all games these days.

this is pretty standard stuff. your friends will have to buy their own copy. is there any (multiplayer) game that isn't like that?

I remember there was some game back then that would ask you questions like "what is the 4th word on the 12th page of the manual". so I just photocopied the manual :D
