It'll give you the choice between buying a steam version or just a normal digital version (which doesn't use steam).If the problem is bandwidth, you could download it on steam, have steam on all your other computers, and then transfer the steam Arma 2 and Arma 2 OA files. It shouldn't cause any problem with battle-eye since you'll be using the same account.
