apparently in skalka, help!

so i was looting NW airfield when someone started trading shots with me, i took a few bullets and managed to stop the bleeding and escape now i am not sure which direction i was running, i got a bit turned around and since i was at 2K blood.

now after running what i guess was north west for a bit i ate my last cooked meat and logged for the day, but today when i logged in it says Skalka, the problem with that is i'm in a medium yield farm/shed thing (the kind with the concrete floor and the brown wooden walls) and i KNOW there are none of those near Skalka, there is a small 1 story house next to it and my fiend ran around all the towns near NW airfield trying to find me but we have no idea where i am, can anyone help

i've flown around the area on Armory and nothing looks familiar, then again i'm falling unconscious every 5 minutes and everything is B&W so i'm not sure

The barn near Skalka up the road to the north? The one with a fuel tank outside.
