admin chat color

I've been on a few servers where when the admin uses chat to communicate a message to the server it shows up in red. On my server however whenever I use chat to relay a message to the server it shows up grey. I would like it to be red so it would stand out more. I am using rcon and bec neither as far as I can tell can change the color of the text. If someone could please help me out with this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I think it changed in a beta patch some time ago.. they probably found the red color too disruptive

not sure if you can change it back.. I haven't seen a red admin message for quite some time
