Hacker in server us-la

Hello there! First time post and sadly its on a bad note, but at approximately 10:27pm Mountain Standard Time a hacker who's username was robertp started his spree. First I was sniping at him from electro powerplant and he was on the hospital roof. I saw my bullet from my m107 hit him in the face, and he was still returning fire with a cz550. At first I thought it was lag, then I hit him in the face again and he still didn't die. I climbed down the ladders and saw him running up to the power plant. At the bottom of the ladder he had just run up to, and I just gotten down, I then "no-scoped" him and fired 6 m107 rounds in his chest, we were about 1 meter apart. He then shot me again with his cz and I logged out. Then at this point my friend and other people on the server were turned into dogs and bunnies and pigs etc.
