Graphics aren't that bad IMO, you can still see stuff It's just the players skins. So yes, It does work.

Listen... it's definitely not worth saving those 10 or what bucks if you're low on money. You're going to end up dissapointed, because graphics on ARMA 2 free are complete shit. I don't remember exactly how much ARMA 2: CO costs, but it was under 30 Euros. I think it was 27 Euros or something so it's not expensive. Even if you run your ARMA 2 on the lowest settings it still looks much better than ARMA 2 Free.

Use a friends CD key for Arma 2 then buy OA. CO runs on the OA CD key only. But do that if you cant afford CO. If you have the money, support the developers and buy CO.
