Incorrect version of the serverside application.

Greetings,

I have had a problem for a few weeks now, it all happend when i was playing with a friend. We bumped into eachother in a doorway and for some reason i broke my leg, started bleeding and was unconscious. He fixed me up but we didnt have a epi-pen to revive me so had to wait for the timer. But the timer didnt go down. Then there was a option to load the patient into a car. He did and my characture just dissapeared from the game. At that moment all i could see was gray/greenish. When i looked at the map there was no map.

Now everytime i try to log into a server i get this error; This server is running a incorrect version of the serverside application. You can not play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact DayZ staff.

I am running all the correct versions, i have no idea what is wrong! Any help would be much appriciated. (Excuses for the bad english)

Likewise. I've updated arma and dayz versions to latest on both server and client, yet I after I log into the server I am told it is running 2.5 (it has never ran 2.5, only 2.4 and now 2.6).

Update: Removing DayZ Anti-Hax 0.5 from the server fixed the issue.

Excuse me? Not sure you understand my problem, i don't own any servers and do not run any server. I get this error on all servers i try to log on to.

Try deleting the contents of your @dayz server and then use dayz commander to re-download and apply the latest version

same problem here. ARMA2,DayZ and Battleye versions are correct. DayZ commander shows that servers i try to log on runs correct versions too but... still i got this error message, plz help.

I notice that if i join "grey numbered" servers via dayz commander (like if theres 0-2 players in) i got this message. If player count in list are colored green, i can pass to server with no ""This server is running a incorrect version of the serverside application. You can not play on this server. If you are the server admin please contact DayZ staff."" Message.

This is due to corrupted hive data for your cd key. There is a thread setup to submit your info for a reset (http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/19672-this-server-is-running-an-incorrect-version-of-the-server-side-application/), however no one seems to be getting a response (I posted mine a week ago and still nothing). Playing on private hive servers (use in-game search and filter "private") or playing Lingor Island still works.
