Pennyworth (DayZ) 33 Posted September 6, 2012 We launched a new server a few days ago. I believe it is running the most recent patch. We are having issues with vehicles saving along with tents/vehicle storage saving as well. The company we use to host our server has a fix for this problem but has been told by "dayz" that they are not allowed to apply the fix to the servers they operate. Why is this? Why cant a fix to two game breaking bugs not be applied to servers that are being paid for by the fans? its been a month since our last patch and it doesnt seem like they will be fixing these bugs anytime soon. if a fix is available and can be used to solve these issues why hasnt it been officially released in a patch?
