Jony_RocketInMyPocket 172 Posted September 6, 2012 Just some ideas on how they might work for/in DayZ:-Civilian handheld video cams should be available to find, what with a zombie outbreak going on, it would be reasonable to expect survivors roaming around with one in an attempt to document the devastation - ala the [REC] movie series. -Have you ever wondered what happened to those bear traps you planted - did a survivor/bandit/someone's dog get cought in one? Well now you can find out for yourself!-You could even start a sort of treaseure hunt by dropping cassettes giving clues as to where they can find a stash of loot (STALKER anyone?), OR EVEN YOU! :murder:- Leave spooky or encrypted messages on tape!-GREEN MOUNTAIN + cams = endless possibilities.(NOT REALISTIC BUT)-Survivors or bandits could use them (with/without tripods) as a surveilance device - ala Gary's Mod. And yes, I do realize this might break the realism since you can't view what you're taping on a normal handheld cam in real time if you're not there to view it (IRL they're might be a way, but I'm talking about everyday 'cheap' cams). 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
