I spawn passed out at the shore

Hey, I got just got killed and I killed the killer aswell. When I respawned, I spawned at the shore in Cherno, passed out and bleeding. I waited in hope of bleeding out, but now at 2,4k blood, I've stopped bleeding and I'm permanently passed out; the hour glass doesn't change. How do I die or get back up? Please help me this is very annoying.
