Help! Trying to configure Widescreen video settings

I just installed DayZ on my new computer cause my old one shot craps...

I played it in widescreen on my old computer...(with the black bars on the top and bottom.)

I can't figure out how to get it back to this! someone help!

If you had black bars on the top and bottom in widescreen on the old computer and using a widescreen monitor, your resolution was set incorrectly. What is your monitor that you are using now?
