Looks like you found hacked gear. Under the rules set up by rocket it is permissible to use hacked weapons that you find as long as you do not script them in yourself.

However, you're clearly trying to antagonize the survivor group and showing your superiority, with hacked gear no less. Poor form. Kind of tacky. Definitely closed.
