Admin kick: not whitelisted

Hi,

On our server (BE1) everybody suddenly keeps getting kicked for not being whitelisted.

My friend is still in the server, but when he gets out he probably won't be able to join again.

Any solution to this? Is this really the admin who did this? My friend is the only one still in the server.

Edit: Not sure if this is the right forum for it. Correct me if i'm wrong.
