DayZ | Hacked Weapon, banned or not?

I just wanna ask people if you know how it going to be... If you find a hacked weapon that a hacker dropped or something. If you use it and a admin see it, does he have the right to ban you from the server or not?

Aswell as my friend said that if you use it you can be global banned? Not sure if it's true or not. I wanna know the true

You can not be banned for using hacked in weapons.

It's only the person that hacked it in that can be banned.

But this wont stop some server admin from banning you. It will just be from that server though, not a global ban.

The bad thing about this is, they usually ban you after checking the server logs, so it becomes a delayed ban.
