IcyZ 295 Posted September 5, 2012 So i finaly managed to meet with my clan mates,we stored some good stuff in our camp and headed to cherno or elektro for some pvp.not camping,just go to loot and engage some players.We realize that our server is almost empty from non clan members so we decided to join a more populated one.15/40 and here we go!we log in ,and go to cherno,at the industrial buildings and we go on top to scout the area.then we started getting shot at from the hills.They miss us and we try to cover while my bud scouts with thermal.We were 2 guys and i had a Bizon,to silently kill any zombies,and take down players without alerting the whole map!But we got outsmarted,we waited there for too long,the guy kept shooting at us just to keep us suppresed,while a friend of his went on the other side of the building and sniped both of us.We got killed fair and square,so we dc and log back in and run to get revenge.I spawn at Drakon(something like that),and i get sniped straight away.Respawn,at kamenka.We jump on our server,grab some gear quickly,and hop back in the other,and we head to the hills next to cherno to take down the sniper.Right after we step on the hill BOOM,both of us dead,not from a shot or an explosion,just dead from hackers.We dont give up,respawn and run to cherno.I spawn at Drakon again,4 AK shots,i'm dead.Still wanted to get revenge and my stuff back..My bud made it to the place that we died first,the industrial area.right after he is up the ladder server restarts..our bodies are gone.So i rage quited!i'm still playing dayz,and i'm not gonna bitch about it,i just wanted to share my unluckiest gaming day so far :P and hear similar stuff from you too! Sturmgeist 21 Posted September 5, 2012 the tale of my morning...i join my server to continue my run to stary of yesterday. well equipped and with my first ghillie suite in my backpack. shortly before i reach stary, i see another player running towards the city. friendly as i am i didnt shoot. now the time for my ghillie came, i went all stealth and shit. drop my alice pack, switch to the suite and zip, teleported to the beach with all the other players. i quit.rage number 1, my pack is gone, still laying on the ground near stary....i join another server.rage number 2, i freshly spawn at the coast near electro, apperantly i got killed while disconnecting.i shit you not, after 15 seconds i get teleported again, along with all other players and all vehicles. this time i run, i have nothing to lose. i can escape, get teleported back, escape again, get teleported, and finally insta killed.sigh.i restart. again close to electro. i enter the city, loot what i can, until i get, surprise surprise, teleported again, this time to a bunch of nice guys in guillies and military weapons. you can imagine what happened.last try! again i spawn close to electro, this time on a very low pop server, dont want to get hacked again. i have a good run, find me some nice guns, an alice, map, matches, etc etc. eventually i go into the church. player! i call him, saying im friendly. he does not react, looting stuff in the church. i think he is friendly as well, but always keep an eye on him. eventually he starts shooting at me with his makarov, so i have to kill him.rage 3, my very first murder. stupid idiot.after leaving electro heading north, i get insta killed while organising my pack, being happy about my new toys. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

IcyZ 295 Posted September 5, 2012 so you sat on the same server, with cheaters, and thought it would all be fine?if that's for me,we stayed on the same server cause we found out there was a hacker,after we died fair and square,so we wanted to go back,and take our sstuff,or at least fight and have some fun!After we died from the hacks,we just ran straight to cherno,my guy was west,i was east,he found a Lee Enfield and i found a hacthet,we didn't loot or got stuff,only some guns and ammo to be able to fight!we didn't really care,we just wanted to shoot the guys that got us.I don't want to accuse people,but we think that the admins are fucked up.First of all,right after the hack attack,2 out of the 3 guys with clantags same as the server disconnected,and the guys left were us,1 more guy of the server's clan(he was the camper at drakon,or the hacker) and 4 more guys,that all of them died at least once during our stay in the server.So we guess that the admins are abusing their power,they let their clanmates,or themselves,to use hacks and stuff just to not die and get kills..really stupid Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
batflaps 20 Posted September 5, 2012 (edited) I just restarted my server after looking for an engine part all day I attached it to a VS3...If it respawns broken I will tell you how bad my day has went xD.Ps I need a blood transfusion 3.8k blood :(Yeah, so my day sucks. IcyZ 295 Posted September 6, 2012 just died from a noob sniper in cherno,he shot 8 times before he got me,he just broke my legs and zombies ate me,i was a fresh spawn,running around like a happy smurf :P..i respawned and ran to my clans camp to pick a weapon and get revenge..our camp is in a forest,between trees...i got lost cause i didnt have nvgs as a fresh spawn :P i was wandring around,when i found a gas station,zombies hit me and i bled to death..i didnt find a bandage:P i guess i ran out of luck :P Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
blort 1 Posted September 6, 2012 Yesterday was probably the unluckiest day I have had in Day Z so far.I had'nt played a long session for a few weeks, but still, I had racked up quite a lot of play time on that life (82 days!).After meeting up with a friend, we decided to check out some of the less obvious places and do a bit of a tour. So rather than hang out at the north east air field we headed over to black lake/blunt rocks to see if we could find a vehicle. We stop for a moment. my friend is under a tree and im just crouching around a few metres away. then he says, "i think i hear 2 sets of footsteps!?" In that moment, I turned back to face my friends direction and was about to say 'I'm on your left'..too late. All I see is the muzzle flash from an LMG about 5 metres away. Instant death for me... It felt like an electric shock. Anyway, he hadn't spotted my friend so they ended up getting into a firefight and killing each other.This is where the real shitty luck starts. I start running back up the coast to see if i can get my gear back. it takes me over an hour to get there and as soon as i got close, I get teleported high up into the sky somewhere on the southern coast along with the rest of the population of the server and we all fall to our death. Sad bastard hackers who fail so hard at life they have to take it out on anyone who might actually be having fun... I pity them.In a way though, it kind of feels good to be back at square one.
