Arma2 OA Error

I just download Arma2 and Arma 2 OA, I haven't even installed DayZ yet, I'm getting this error when I try to run Arma2 OA it says "no entry'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'" (without the quotation marks obviously) Can anyone please help me? I'd like to play the game but I can't. You can skype me at iamgavingriffin or just comment below! All help is very much appreciated.

i had the same error when i first downloaded Arma 2 & Arma 2 OA, what i did to fix it run steam as admin then verify integrity of game cache on both games start arma 2 up to the menu then close it and do the same to arma 2 OA
