BE script restriction 41 and 38?

I dont hack, but I was playing just fine but when I switch to a different server I got script restriction 41 so then I switched again and got passed to loading screening but then got 38? whats going on?

The restriction 41 is an issue a lot of peaple are having with the new update, however I'm aware that server admins are able to roll the version back to allow players to join the servers again.

Bad update I guess.
