Video memory: High (no default setting available!!!)

Dunno when but my Video memory (in video options) default setting disappeared. When playing dayz i can only choose from high, low and med. No default option. When i run arma2OA without the mod the option appears.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: It only happens when i launch DayZ from DayZ commander by double clicking on a server. If I launch the game using the "launch dayz now" button from the settings manu in dayz commander and then choose a server from in game the option "default" appears ...
