What about Mantis for bug reporting

And maybe also uservoice for new features (well depending on how you will let the players "decide" of the future of the mod)

I would also love to see a "Players Art Contributions" sub forum, where dev's would put some missions for players to help them with 3D, textures, logo, sounds, whatever.

For the forums I'd love to see that smart engine used that compares what a poster is entering for a thread topic to those that *already exist* (trying to remember what forum I saw that on). So many people don't seem to understand what a "search" box is and the same ideas/threads get reposted over and over again.
