Steady hands

Hey,

For the past day or so my characters hands have not been steady. I've checked after I taken a drink and eat some food. I have 12000 blood so there isn't any missing. The gun shakes pretty bad and it's frustrating not knowing how to steady it. The only thing I can think of is having a high temperature. It's 42C and i'm unsure if that's what would cause it.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Also, your temperature of 42 degrees is standard as far as I can tell, the temperature scale is a little odd :)
