Leavers who survive the first shot

I'm sure some of you have run into that guy who shoots you then the moment you shoot back he leaves with no penalty for it. me and a friend have been playing for awhile and several times we get shot at and when we shoot back the person just leaves the game so my suggestion is to have like a 30 second wait time before you may leave the server you are on. With this short wait time you not only have to think about where you log off but as well if you try to leave when being shot at you just die as I believe serves a person right for doing such things.

I think that idea should be implemented too. Star Wars Galaxies had a similar rule to keep players from disconnecting when the battle was getting too rough. You're allowed to leave the game whenever you want, but your character stays in the game for a certain amount of time.

Yep the log out time is something being worked on as far as we know

The arma engine prevents such a feature....As one of the latest hotfix release notes says.

BTW you are totally the first guy on this forum, who has played a MMO. <--my not so nice way of saying, this has been suggested 36 hundred times allready.
