40 Second Graphical glitch fix.

Patch is supposed to fix it, and that method doesn't work for everyone. Like me. It doesn't do a damn thing whatsoever. flush doesn't help either, or if it does, it lasts about 10 seconds. Only fix I've found is to completely close Arma and reload. That gets me through the current area. When I approach a village/city/airfield that's glitching out like a spaz, I just disconnect, close the client and reload. I am fortunate to have a really high end rig, so the extra minute or two reloading isn't a big deal in the long run. On my old machine... holy shit I'd have given up on this mod ages ago.
