UH-1H Fuel Leak

My small group has been trying to fix up a chopper for a few days, got everything it needed but it leaks fuel as fast as we can put it in. I've tried using fuel tank parts on it but it simply will not give me the option to do so, it dosent even show a fuel tank indicator when I get in to tell me if its in need of repair or not. Anyone know how to fix a leaky chopper? Is this a bug?
