Help with server createvehicle log

Hi guys, after having a hacker on our server last night, I've had several legit players banned for "Object Access Flooding"

And ever since last night, the log continues to add this: 03.09.2012 13:08:50: XXX (XXX.XX.XX.XXX:XXXX) XXXXXXXXXXXXXGUIDXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - #23 "z_soldier_heavy" 11:113 [4595,10674,339]

Is that logging creation of zombies by a player being near towns?

If so I will disable it, and hopefully clear the problem.
