Karma_Energy 0 Posted September 3, 2012 Buyer BewareI should have done more research before going with these guys last month...I've read the horror stories on here after I already signed up and gave them my money.Setup took almost a week and they couldn't explain why my server wasn't working (they blaimed dayz)Constant reboots had to happen or quality of server (lag and frame rates) took a big hitBill is due on the 1st but they pull money out earlyFinal straw was them not putting the clan pay balance towards the month of September because the 'clan pay came in after the invoices were generated. It was put in way before the 'Due Date' of the invoice hence that is what a 'Due Date' is for. The people that donated to clan pay via paypal with file a complaint and request refund from them. If need be I'll contact my lawyer and we can proceed from there.I appolgize if your lack of documentation to policies and my concern for appropriate business transactions seems to be 'getting old' to you.
