Bad FPS on 1.7.2.5

So basically ive been playing dayz for a long time. I have always used max settings and had no problems. Recently i noticed a performance drop and it has dropped so far that even in the woods i get 19 fps where i used to get 60. Changing settings doesnt help fps. So i decided to downgrade to 1.7.2.4 and then Bam perfect fps again. Not sure what to do but i dont want to play on old servers forever. Heres my system specs

CPU: Amd Phenom x4 965 be 3.4ghz Quad core

GPU: Evga GTX 560 soc

RAM: 8 Gigs

Everything else isnt really necessary
